Lemon Parsley Chicken Breasts Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves fresh minced garlic
- 1/3 cup white wine
- 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, mix and combine the lemon juice, garlic and wine.
2. In another bowl, add in the chicken breasts and coat them with breadcrumbs.
3. Preheat the skillet and add in the olive oil. Brown the chicken breasts for 5 minutes. Turn over and brown them for another 5 minutes.
4. Pour in the lemon mixture and stir. Sprinkle in some chopped parsley and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
5. Serve as it is or serve over cooked rice.
