Lemon Chicken Saute Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 3 tablespoons plain flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, pour in the flour and roll the chicken breasts in it.
2. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt the margarine. Add in the chicken breasts and lightly brown them for 5 minutes. Turn over the chicken and lightly brown them for another 5 minutes.
3. Stir in the lemon juice, teriyaki sauce, sugar and galic. Simmer the chicken for 3 minutes then turn over and simmer for another 3 minutes.
4. Serve over cooked rice.
